As part of its "12 Days of OpenAI" event, the company has been unveiling a series of updates and features to enhance user experience and expand the capabilities of its AI models. On the sixth day of this event, OpenAI introduced two significant updates: the integration of video capabilities into its Advanced Voice Mode and the introduction of a seasonal Santa Mode.

Advanced Voice Mode with Video Capabilities

The integration of video capabilities into OpenAI's Advanced Voice Mode marks a significant enhancement in the way users can interact with AI. This update allows users to share visual context with the AI model in real-time, making conversations more natural and interactive. The feature is available on iOS and Android mobile apps for ChatGPT Teams, Plus, and Pro users, with plans to roll it out to Enterprise and Edu subscribers in January 2025.
